Scientific Research Record Notification
Scientific Research Record Notification is single or multiple new chemical substance(s) notification by one notifier, according to article 14 of “Measures”.
If one of the following circumstances happens, a new chemical substance Scientific Research Record Notification should be submitted to the MEP-SCC before producing or importing with application record form accessories include copies of Corporate Certificate and Business License:
1.For the purpose of scientific research, the producing or importing volume of new chemical substance is less than 0.1 ton/y;
2.For New Chemical Substance Notification, chemical sample is imported for ecotoxicological test.
