First Activity Report and Annual Report

First Activity Report:
According article 35 (1) of “Measures”, Regular Notification Registration Certificate owner should submit New Chemical Substance First Activity Report Form within 30 days after first activity.

Each Activity Report:
According to article 35 (2) of “Measures”, Registration Certificate owner of key environment managed hazardous new chemical substance should report to SCC within 30 days the distributing information of substance produced or imported, every time when distributing substance to different chemical processing user.

Annual Report and Annual Plan
According to article 36 of “Measures”, Simplified Notification Registration Certificate owner should submit Annual Report of previous year (from Jan 1 to Dec 31) before Feb 1.

Hazardous new chemical substance Annual Report
Registration Certificate owner of hazardous new chemical substance (including key environment managed hazardous new chemical substance) should submit to SCC previous year Annual Report, which includes at least actual volume of producing or importing, implementation of risk management measures, environmental exposure and release, actual effect to environmental and human health, and other information related to environmental risk.

Key environment managed hazardous new chemical substance Annual Plan
At the same time when submitting previous year Annual Report, Registration Certificate owner of key environment managed hazardous new chemical substance should as well submit this year’s plan of new chemical substance producing or importing, and preparation of risk management measures implementation.
