The "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (MEE Order No. 12) will be enforced from January 1, 2021, and the Guideline was promulgated on November 17, 2020. The new "Guideline" made some major changes comparing with the current version. In order to help applicants better cope with the requirements of MEE Order 12 and the Guideline, be well-prepared for registration, CNCIC will interpret the key changes related to the registration of new chemical substances in details as well as providing with compliance advices.
